Product fine, service poor

Ordered these on Tuesday evening with “Tracked 24” shipping. Weren’t despatched on Wednesday but on Thursday, and then didn’t arrive until Saturday rather Friday. Missed the birthday on Friday and when I emailed for support (no phone number) I have never had a reply. I thought ordering Tuesday night with “Tracked 24” shipping that they’d be with me by Friday, perhaps I’m naïve, but not replying to my support request is very disappointing. Wouldn’t order from them again despite the pictures being fine.
